论“五全六能”楼/院式养老模式在城市社区的适应性及其条件——以南昌市部分社区为例

摘　　要：[目的]探索"五全六能"楼/院式养老模式在城市社区的适应性及条件。[方法]采用现场流行病学调查和咨询的方法对年龄≥30岁社区常住人口(≥60岁养老对象不少于70%)进行调查。[结果] 4个社区1304位≥60岁者乐意选择"五全六能"养老模式,占全部老人的53. 95%,模式中"生活照料、医护保健、经济支持"服务需求依次排前3位;93. 37%调查者认为社区养老资源或条件适应该模式;女性、良好婚姻状态、收入水平中或低等是该模式选取的积极因素。[结论]该模式在南昌社区社会经济发展现有阶段具有良好的适应性。Objective To explore the adaptability and condition of "Five Conceptions and Six Features"pension model in urban community.Methods The on-site epidemiological survey and consultation were conducted on some people who were over 30 years old no less than 70%were over 60 years old. Results According to the survey of 1304 people in 4 communities,aged≥60 years people would like to choose the"Five Conceptions and Six Features"pension model,accounted for 53. 95% of all investigators. The service demand of top three were that daily care,medical care and economic support in the model. 93. 37% of the investigators believed that the community pension resources or conditions were adapted to the model. Positive factors of the model were that women,good marital status,middle or low income levels. Conclusions This model has good adaptability in the current stage of social and economic development of Nanchang community.
