结合雌激素乳膏联合奥平栓治疗老年性阴道炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察结合雌激素乳膏联合奥平栓对老年性阴道炎的治疗效果。方法选取新疆医科大学第二附属医院收治的200例老年性阴道炎患者,根据就诊顺序进行分组,其中单号的100例纳入观察组,双号的100例纳入对照组。对照组采用奥平栓治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上给予结合雌激素乳膏。对比两组的治疗效果、不良反应、临床症状缓解时间及治疗前和治疗后子宫内膜厚度、血清雌二醇(E2)、促卵泡激素(FSH)水平。结果观察组治疗的总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗期间不良反应发生率无明显差别(P>0.05);观察组阴道瘙痒、阴道疼痛、阴道分泌物、阴道局部烧灼感缓解时间均明显较对照组短(P<0.05);观察组治疗后子宫内膜厚度大于对照组,E2水平明显高于对照组,FSH水平明显低于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论结合雌激素乳膏联合奥平栓能有效地提高老年性阴道炎的治疗效果,并缩短恢复时间。Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of conjugated estrogens cream combined with opin suppository on vaginitis in older women.Methods 200 older women with vaginitis were divided into the control group(100 cases) and the observation group(100 cases) according to the order of treatment.The control group received opin suppository.The observation group received opin suppository plus conjugated estrogens cream.The therapeutic effect,adverse reactions,time for clinical symptoms relief,endometrial thickness,serum estradiol(E2) and follicle stimulating hormone(FSH) level were documented.Results The overall response rate in observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P <0.05).There was no significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups(P> 0.05).The remission time for vaginal itching,vaginal pain,vaginal discharge and vaginal burning in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group(P <0.05).The endometrial thickness was greater,E2 level was higher and FSH level was lower in the observation group than those in the control group(P <0.05).Conclusion Combination of conjugated estrogens cream combined and opin suppository can effectively improve the therapeutic effect and shorten the recovery time for vaginitis in older women.
