粤港澳大湾区竞技体操协同发展研究

摘　　要：粤港澳大湾区发展上升为国家战略的新时期,为竞技体操的协同发展提供了新的机遇。通过文献资料、专家访谈、逻辑分析等方法,对粤港澳三地竞技体操的现状做了宏观和微观层面的研究,对竞技体操协同发展的可行性进行了分析,得出了协同发展存在的主要问题,即粤港澳竞技体操的管理体制问题、竞技体操发展不均衡问题、后备人才问题等。通过协同学原理和梯度推移理论对粤港澳大湾区的竞技体操的发展提出一些建议,包括放大梯度推移的扩散效应逐渐缩小粤港澳竞技体操的差距,建立粤港澳竞技体操战略、资源、文化和运行模式的协同机制,提高大湾区整体竞技体操实力。In the new era when the development of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao greater bay area becomes a national strategy,it provides new opportunities for the coordinated development of competitive gymnastics.Through literature,expert interviews,logical analysis and other methods,this paper studies the current situation of competitive gymnastics in Guangdong,Hong Kong and Macao at macro and micro levels,analyzes the feasibility of the coordinated development of competitive gymnastics,and concludes the main problems existing in the coordinated development.That is,the management system of Guangdong,Hong Kong and Macao competitive gymnastics,uneven development of competitive gymnastics,reserve talent system.Based on the theory of synergetic and gradient evolution,this paper puts forward some Suggestions on the development of Guangdong,Hong Kong and Macao greater bay area’s competitive gymnastics,including strengthening the overall planning of the three places,building a symbiosis platform for resource sharing,and transferring the advantage of Guangdong gymnastics to Hong Kong and Macao.
