法治视角下民间体育组织的治理之困与疏解之策

摘　　要：以法治为理论视角,采用文献资料、逻辑分析等方法,分析了民间体育组织治理的困境,提出了应对策略。存在困境是:法治建设、法治思维与法治模式滞后于民间体育组织治理的实践与探索。主要对策是:健全相关法律保障体系;培养和强化法治思维;创新法治方式与模式。This article takes the rule of law as a theoretical perspective,and adopts the methods of literature,logic analysis and so on,to analyze the predicament of the governance of Folk Sports Organizations and put forward countermeasures.The predicament is:construction of the rule of law,the thinking of the rule of law,the mode of rule of law lags the practice and exploration of the governance of Folk Sports Organizations.The main countermeasures are:to improve the relevant legal guarantee system;to cultivate and strengthen the thinking of the rule of law;to innovate the way and mode of the rule of law.
