近十年中国寿险公司经营效率分析及中外资对比——基于DNSBM模型的寿险应用实例

摘　　要：自2001年年底中国加入世贸组织以来,外资保险公司逐渐进入中国市场。一直以来中资寿险公司处于中国寿险市场的主导地位,然而近十年外资公司启动了缓慢的崛起态势。笔者首次将DNSBM模型引入中国保险领域,衡量2008—2016年40家寿险公司的效率,结果表明:寿险公司的经营效率受到公司规模、背景资源和外部环境的影响;业务经营管理部门的效率高于资金投资运用部门的效率,但后者的进步略快于前者;其间效率的波动与公司内部股权结构和管理变动密切相关;外资寿险公司的经营效率普遍低于中资寿险公司,且前者的进步略慢于后者,前者在未来可能面临着更大的生存和竞争压力,难以威胁到中资寿险公司的主导地位。笔者基于DNSBM模型考虑了两个部门的内部结构及年度间的动态变化过程,为深化研究寿险公司经营效率提供了新的视角。Since China joined the WTO at the end of 2001,foreign insurance companies have gradually entered Chinese market.Chinese life insurance companies have long dominated the Chinese life insurance market,but foreign companies have started a slow rise in the past decade.This study introduces DNSBM model into the Chinese insurance field for the first time to measure the efficiency of 40 life insurance companies from 2008 to 2016.The results show that the operating efficiency of life insurance companies is influenced by company scale,background resources and external environment.The efficiency of business operation and management department is higher than that of capital investment and application department,but the latter makes progress slightly faster than the former.The fluctuation of efficiency during the period is closely related to the internal ownership structure and management changes of the company.The operating efficiency of foreign life insurance companies is generally lower than that of Chinese life insurance companies,and the progress of the former is slightly slower than that of the latter.The former may face greater survival and competition pressure in the future,and it is difficult to threaten the dominant position of Chinese life insurance companies.Based on the DNSBM model,this study considers the internal structure of the two departments and the dynamic change process from year to year,providing a new perspective for deepening the study on the operating efficiency of life insurance companies.
