外资研发嵌入与人力资本形成——人口迁移的作用

摘　　要：笔者在构建包含外资研发嵌入、人口迁移、人力资本数量积累和人力资本结构优化的逻辑框架和理论模型基础上,运用双向固定效应、FGLS、工具变量法、系统GMM及PSTR等方法实证验证上述逻辑框架。研究发现:一方面,外资研发嵌入对本土人力资本数量积累存在异质性,有利于通用性人力资本数量的积累,不利于专业性人力资本数量的积累;外资研发嵌入有利于人力资本结构向通用性方向发展,不利于人力资本结构向专业性方向发展。实证研究中,相比农村人力资本积累,外资研发嵌入更有利于城市人力资本积累;相比受教育年限较短的人力资本,外资研发嵌入更有利于受教育年限较长的人力资本积累。另一方面,人口迁移会弱化外资研发嵌入对人力资本数量积累的影响,不影响外资研发嵌入对人力资本结构的作用。实证研究中,相比省内迁移,省际迁移在影响外资研发嵌入作用人力资本数量积累和结构变迁的过程中表现更为突出。结论对不同模型设定均具有稳健性。This paper first constructs the logical framework and theoretical model of foreign R&D embeddedness,migration,human capital accumulation and human capital structure,and testify the theoretical logical framework above using empirical models of two-way fixed effect,FGLS,instrumental variable approach,system GMM and PSTR.The results show that:on the one hand,foreign R&D embeddedness has heterogeneous effects on human capital accumulation,promoting/hindering the one with generality/specificity,and promoting/hindering the human capital structure to the generality/specificity;empirically,compared with the rural human capital accumulation and one with shorter years of education,foreign R&D embeddedness promotes the urban human capital accumulation and one with longer years of education.On the other side,migration weakens the effect of foreign R&D embeddedness on human capital accumulation,and has no effects of foreign R&D embeddedness on human capital structure;empirically,compared with the inner-provincial migration,the intra-provincial migration has obvious effect of foreign R&D embeddedness on both human capital accumulation and human capital structure.These results are robust to different model settings.
