国医大师熊继柏治疗不明原因发热临床经验

摘　　要：不明原因发热为临床常见的疑难重症。国医大师熊继柏认为,不明原因发热的辨证要点,第一抓住主症的特点,第二注重舌脉并参。在治疗上,熊继柏教授强调因证选方:太阳少阳合并发热,常选用柴胡桂枝汤;阳明热盛常选用大承气汤;少阳湿热常选用蒿芩温胆汤;热入血分,常选用犀角地黄汤;阴虚内热,常选用清骨散。现列举其治疗不明原因发热的验案5则,通过案例分析,总结其治疗不明原因发热的临证经验,为临床的中医治疗提供参考。Fever of unknown origin is a common and difficult problem in clinical practice.National TCM Master XIONG Jibo believes that key points of syndrome differentiation of fever of unknown origin are to grasp the characteristics of the primary symptoms,and pay attention to the tongue and pulse.In the treatment,professor XIONG Jibo emphasized selecting formula according to formula.The treatment of syndrome of Taiyang and Shaoyang combination usually selected Chaihu Guizhi Decoction.The treatment of syndrome of exuberant heat in Yangming usually selected Dachengqi Decoction.The treatment of syndrome of Shaoyang dampness heat usually selected Haoqin Wendan Decoction.The treatment of syndrome of heat into blood usually selected Xijiao Dihuang Decoction.The treatment of syndrome of Yin deficiency and internal heat usually selected Qinggu Powder.Here were 4 cases of treatment for unexplained fever.Through case analysis,this paper summarized clinical experience in the treatment of unexplained fever by XIONG Jibo,and provided references for TCM clinical treatment.
