宫腔镜电切术治疗宫腔粘连对子宫内膜修复的影响

摘　　要：探讨宫腔镜电切术治疗宫腔粘连对子宫内膜修复的影响。选取在本院治疗的宫腔粘连患者200例,根据手术方式,给予双极电切术为观察组(n=98),给予单极电切术为对照组(n=102),观察两组治疗疗效。结果显示,与对照组比较,观察组总有效较高为90.82%;术后内膜厚度明显增高(P<0.05);术后3个月两组血清雌二醇(E 2)、孕酮(P)水平及并发症发生率比较差异无统计学意义。结果说明,相比较单极电切术,宫腔镜双极电切术治疗宫腔粘连有较好的效果,有助于子宫内膜修复。To investigate the effect of hysteroscopic electrotomy on endometrial repair in the treatment of intrauterine adhesions.200 cases of intrauterine adhesions in our hospital were selected and divided into observation group(n=98)and control group(n=102)according to the operation method.The observation group was treated with bipolar electrotomy,while the control group was treated with unipolar electrotomy.The results showed that,compared to the control group,the curative effect of the total effective rate was higher,the thickness of intima was increased(P<0.05);There was no significant difference in serum estradiol(E 2),progesterone(P)levels and complication between the observation group and the control group at 3 months after operation,the results indicated that treatment of intrauterine adhesions with hysteroscopy bipolar electrotomy is better with the unipolar electrotomy,and is helpful for endometrial repair.
