摘 要:树木年轮分析广泛应用于树木年代学、生态学和城市树木存活质量研究。针对树木年轮图像的特征,提出了一种基于DoG(Different-of-Gaussian)算子的边缘提取算法,并对高斯滤波卷积时的运算方式进行改进;通过对年轮图像中的边缘数量进行统计,实现了树龄测量。实验结果表明:当卷积核大小为5×5时,该方法对于年轮图像边缘提取及噪声抑制均有较好的效果,测得的树龄与实际相符。Tree ring analysis is widely used in tree chronology,ecology and urban tree survival quality research.Based on the characteristics of tree rings image,this paper proposes an edge extraction algorithm based on DoG(Different-of-Gaussian)operator,and improve the operation mode of Gaussian filter convolution.By counting the number of edges in the annual ring image the tree age can be measured.The experimental results show that when the size of the convolution kernel is 5×5,the method has a good effect on the edge extraction and the noise suppression of the annual ring image;and the age of the tree is consistent with the actual age.
