摘 要:某电动汽车(以下简称"某车型")D档起步时先有冲击现象后伴随整车抖动,严重影响车辆的驾乘舒适性。文章基于某主机厂在研车型存在的该问题进行测试分析,通过对振动信号的colormap进行分析,分析出传动系齿间间隙是导致冲击的原因,电机的阶次振动是导致起步抖动的主要原因;通过对比该车型与标杆车的扭矩变化曲线,提出后续优化标定方案。文章研究为电动汽车起步抖动优化设计提供依据,对整车NVH性能提升有重要意义。The electric vehicle, D, starting, accompanied by vehicle impact and shake, which seriously affects the driving comfort of the vehicle. The article is based on the test and analysis of this problem in the research and development model of a host factory. By analyzing the colormap of the vibration signal, it is recognized that the clearance between teeth of transmission system is the cause of impact and the order vibration of the motor is the main cause of starting shake;by comparing the electric vehicle to the benchmark car, the torque variation curve is proposed, and the subsequent calibration optimization scheme is proposed. This paper provides a basis for the optimization design of creeping shake of electric vehicles, which is great significance to the improvement of NVH performance of the vehicle.
