摘　　要：排气辅助制动器属于汽车辅助制动的一种,对汽车下长坡工况的安全起到关键作用。本论文对实践中遇到的排气辅助制动的故障做深入分析和改进设计,解决了排气排气辅助制动器设计上的误区,降低了排气辅助制动器的故障概率。Exhaust Auxiliary Brake belong to Truck Auxiliary Brake, It is a key element of Downhill condition for the heavy duty truck. It is fully discussed the failure and evaluation of Exhaust Auxiliary Brake in this paper. Meanwhile, the wrong design method being corrected for descending the failure rate.
