摘　　要：精炼炉喂丝机通过触摸屏来操作,精炼炉和真空炉的在线、离线喂丝数量众多;在新上真空炉上需要新增喂丝机来满足生产。作为人机交互的触摸屏至关重要,触摸屏数量众多,新来的触摸屏没有项目,掌握触摸屏的项目上传和下载,实现触摸屏在新建真空炉项目上使用和备件的更换变得十分迫切。对触摸屏进行优化和项目下载,从而使得精炼炉喂丝机能够稳定地运行。The wire feeder of the refining furnace was operated through a touch screen, and the number of the online and offline wire feeders of the refining furnace and the vacuum furnace filaments fed were numerous;A wire feeder needed to be added to the newly installed vacuum furnace to meet production requirements. Touch screens as human-computer interaction were very important. There were a large number of touch screens. The new touch screens had no items. It was so urgent to master the uploading and downloading of touch screen items so as to realize the use of touch screens in new vacuum furnace projects and the replacement of spare parts. The touch screen was optimized and the project was downloaded, so that the refining furnace wire feeder could run stably.
