摘 要:车轮是一辆汽车必不可少的重要部件,随着人们对汽车性能和节能需求的增加,要求减少车轮的重量,轮毂的材质开始发展为镁合金,由于轮毂材质发生了变化,原来的铝合金轮毂与钢铁螺栓的摩擦副改变为镁制轮毂与钢铁螺栓的摩擦副,这些变化必然会影响车轮的装配效果,文章主要采用螺纹接头测试的方法,测量车轮装配工位的连接件特性,评估镁合金当前装配方法的合理性。The wheel is an indispensable part of a car. As people’s demand for car performance and energy saving increases, the weight of the wheel is required to be reduced. The material of the wheel hub begins to develop into a magnesium alloy. The original aluminum alloy has changed due to the material of the wheel hub. The friction pair of the hub and the steel bolt is changed to the friction pair of the aluminum hub and the steel bolt. These changes will inevitably affect the assembly effect of the wheel. This paper mainly uses the method of the threaded joint test to measure the characteristics of the joint of the wheel assembly station and evaluate the magnesium and the rationality of the current assembly method of the alloy.
