摘　　要：高职院校的基层党组织在人才培养中起着不可替代的政治保障作用,发挥着党团协同育人的组织优势。以高职院校人才培养为核心,力求探索基层党组织的结构条件设置、功能实现和监督评价等三位一体的系统运行机制,阐述相应的党建融合探索措施,提出高职院校党建与人才培养有效融合模式,实现党要管党、以党建促校建。The primary party organizations in vocational colleges play an irreplaceable political guarantee function and in talent cultivating,and take organizational advantages of the party and youth league in educating.This paper takes the goal of talents cultivating in vocational colleges as the core,and try to explore the triune systematic operating mechanisms in the structure setting mechanism,function realization mechanism and supervision-evaluating mechanism for primary party organization work,try to Elaborate corresponding exploration measurement in party building fusing,then propose an effective integrating mode of party building and talent cultivating in vocational colleges,so as to realize the party exercises self-discipline and promote the college construction through party building.
