摘 要:探讨解捻程度和牵伸倍数对再牵伸棉纱性能的影响。使用直接计数法测量了纱线的滑移捻度,并依此计算不同牵伸倍数下假捻器的转速,在自制的细纱小样机纺制9种棉纱,分析纱线的细度、毛羽、条干和断裂强度。正交试验表明:假捻器的转速是纱线条干均匀度的显著影响因素,成纱的条干均匀度随着假捻器转速的增大而恶化。牵伸倍数是纱线细度、毛羽及强力性能的显著影响因素,随着牵伸倍数增大,成纱的细度显著提高,毛羽及强力性能会明显变差。当假捻器的转速不大于1/3滑移捻度与纺纱线速度的乘积,且牵伸不大于10倍时,成纱的各项性能比较均衡。认为:再牵伸方法有利于以较低成本生产超细纱线。The influences of untwist degree and draft multiple on the properties of second-drafted cotton yarn were discussed.The yarn slipping twist was measured by direct counting method.The rotate speed of the false twister under different draft multiples were accordingly calculated.Nine kinds of cotton yarns were spun on home-made spinning sample machine.The yarn fineness,hairiness,evenness and breaking tenacity were analyzed.The orthogonal test showed that the rotate speed of the false twister was the significant influence factor of the yarn evenness.The yarn evenness was worse as the increase of the false twister rotate speed.The draft multiple was the significant influence factor for the yarn fineness,hairiness and strength.As the increase of the draft multiple,the yarn fineness was obvious improved. However,the hairiness and strength were obviously worse. When the rotate speed of the false twister was less than the product of 1/3 the slipping twist and yarn spinning linear speed,and the draft multiple was less than 10 times,each property of the yarn was better balanced.It is considered that the method of second-drafted is beneficial to reduce the production cost of super fine yarn.
