摘　　要：探讨色纺纱生产企业实现转型升级增效的几种途径。分析了色纺纱的优势、生产中存在的主要问题以及当前面临的形势。指出:为了使我国色纺纱产业持续发展,必须要大力减少用工,降低原料与能源消耗,降低加工成本,同时要开发更多的新颖纱线,提高产品技术含量与附加值。认为:做好生产装备改造升级与产品结构调整升级两方面的工作,是色纺企业转型升级增效的重要途径。Several approaches to realize colored spinning enterprises upgrading were discussed.The advantage,main problems in production and the current situation of colored spinning were analyzed.It was pointed out that labor usage should be strongly reduced in order to continuously develop the colored spinning industry of our country.The raw material and energy consumption should be decreased.The production cost should be reduced.Meanwhile,more new yarns should be developed,the technology content and additional value of the products should be improved.It is considered that well preparation in two aspects including production equipment upgrading and product structure upgrading is the important way for the transformation,upgrading and beneficiation of the colored spinning enterprises.
