摘  要:探讨中低速精梳机采用重定量工艺的实践。阐述了中低速精梳机重定量工艺优化配置的技术要点。通过采用重定量、前进给棉、低落棉,优化梳理工艺和梳理元件,对纤维进行柔和梳理,并采取相应的技术整改措施,极大地提高了前纺设备的生产效能。认为:采用重定量工艺可以达到稳定成纱质量、降低生产成本、提高经济效益的目的。Practice of medium and lower speed comber using heavy weight per unit process was discussed.Technology key points of medium and lower speed comber process optimization and configuration were elaborated.Through using heavy weight per unit process,forward cotton feeding,lower waste percentage,carding process optimization and carding elements,fiber was gently carded.Corresponding technology rectification measures were adopted to greatly improve production efficiency of fore-spinning equipment. It is considered that purpose of stabilizing yarn quality,reducing production costs and improving economic benefits can be achieved by using heavy weight per unit process.
