摘 要:探讨包覆工艺对涤纶低弹丝双包粘胶短纤复合纱性能的影响。以卷绕速度、上排捻度(Z捻)、下排捻度(S捻)等包覆工艺参数为研究对象,采用二次通用旋转组合设计进行试验,通过建立数学模型,分析了包覆工艺参数对纱线断裂强力、条干CV值、3 mm毛羽数的影响。结果表明:随着卷绕速度的降低或下排捻度的增加,纱线的断裂强力呈增大趋势;随着卷绕速度的升高,纱线条干CV值呈现先降低后增大的规律;随着上下排捻度的增加,纱线条干CV值逐渐降低;纱线毛羽只与下排捻度有关。认为:在保证成纱指标符合要求及最大限度提高设备生产率的条件下,应偏大选取包覆捻度。Wrapped process on polyester low-elastic filament double-warpped viscose staple fiber composite yarn properties was discussed.Wrapping process parameters such as winding speed,upper twist,lower twist were taken as research object,quadratic universal rotation combination design was adopted to do experiment.By building a mathematical model,effects of wrapping parameter on yarn breaking strength,sliver CV value and 3 mm hairiness were analyzed.The results showed that as winding speed decreased or lower twist increased,yarn breaking strength was increasesd.As winding speed increased,yarn CV value was first decreased then increased.As upper twist and lower twist increased,yarn CV value gradually was decreased,yarn hairiness was only related to lower twist.It is considered that under conditions of ensuring that yarn index meets requirements and maximize equipment productivity,warpped twist should be selected larger.
