摘  要:总结一款芦荟改性粘胶纬剪花织物的设计与生产技术。对织物的总经根数、织物紧度、经纬纱组合、经纬密等进行了设计;对纹样图案进行了详细阐述;在生产过程中,络筒工序合理设计卷绕密度;整经时确保排列、卷绕和张力均匀;浆纱工序提高纱线的耐磨性,贴伏毛羽;织造时调节花纬主喷嘴微风等;最终生产顺利进行,织机效率达95%,入库一等品率达98%。认为:生产的织物外观独特,可适宜作高档时装、童装等面料。Design and production technology of a aloe modified viscose weft cutting fabric were summarized.Total number of warp,fabric tightness,warp and weft yarns combination,warp and weft density were designed.Pattern was explained in detail.In the production process,winding density was reasonably designed in winding process.Arrangement,winding and tension were ensured uniform in warping process.Abrasion resistance of sized yarn was improved and hairiness was stuck in sizing process.Weft main nozzle breeze of color weft was adjusted in weaving process. Finally,production was successful and loom efficiency was reached 95%,first grade product rate was reached 98%.It is considered that the fabric appearance is unique,which is suitable for high-end fashion,children’s wear and other fabrics.
