摘 要:探讨棉织物的多功能复合整理效果。从棉织物的拒水拒油和其他功能的复合整理入手,综述了棉织物拒水拒油和阻燃隔热、防紫外线、抗菌、硬挺抗皱、防静电五种复合整理的诸多优化工艺,指出了传统复合整理工艺存在的缺陷以及新型整理工艺优势,分析了其研究价值和发展方向。认为:未来棉织物拒水拒油多功能复合整理工艺应向着更为简单、高效、环保的方向发展。Effect of cotton fabric multifunctional composite finishing was discussed.Starting from water-repellent and oil-repellent and other functions of cotton fabric,processes optimization of cotton fabric composite finishing such as water-repellent and oil-repellent,flame-retardant thermal insulation,anti-ultraviolet,antibacterial,stiff and anti-wrinkle and anti-static were summarized.Defects of traditional composite finishing process and advantages of new finishing process were pointed out.Its research value and development direction were analyzed.It is considered that water-repellent and oil-repellent multifunctional composite finishing process of cotton fabric should develop in the direction of simpler,more efficient and environmentally friendly in the future.
