摘　　要：脾瘅期属于糖尿病早期,脾瘅以先天不足,五脏柔弱、饮食所伤、五志过极、劳逸过度等为病因,以阴虚火旺为主要病机,脾中火旺则其他脏腑受累,通过对脾瘅在上消、中消和下消发病中的影响。确立了应以脾论治,清热养阴,消除中满内热之气的治疗思想。该文通过对脾瘅的发生发展及治疗进行论述,说明了脾瘅对糖尿病的传变乃至后期的并发症有着重要的影响。The Pi-dan period belongs to the early stage of diabetes mellitus, the Pi-dan with the insufficiency, the five dirty weakness,the diet injury, weak five zang viscera, the adjusted excessive and so on as the etiology, to yin deficiency fire as the main pathogenesis, the spleen in the fire is other viscera affected, through to the Pi-dan in the elimination and elimination of the pathogenesis. It is established that the treatment idea should be treated with spleen theory, clearing heat and nourishing yin, and eliminating the gas in the middle and Manchu. This paper discusses the occurrence, development and treatment of Pi-dan, and shows that Pi-dan has an important effect on the transmission of diabetes mellitus and even the complications in the later stage.
