遗尿方配合耳穴贴敷治疗小儿遗尿肾气不足型临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察中药配合耳穴贴敷治疗小儿遗尿症肾气不足型临床疗效。方法将73例患儿随机分为治疗组(37例)和对照组(36例)。对照组常规给予行为治疗、觉醒训练;实验组在给予上述行为治疗、觉醒训练的同时,给予中药自拟方口服并配合耳穴贴敷治疗。观察患儿遗尿缓解情况并进行比较。结果治疗组患儿治愈15例,好转19例,有效率91.89%。对照组治愈3例,好转11例,有效率38.89%。治疗组患儿的遗尿次数较对照组明显降低,且复发者明显减少,差异有显著意义(P<0.01)。结论自拟遗尿方配合耳穴贴敷治疗小儿遗尿有较好的疗效,且临床应用未见明显副反应发生。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Chinese medicine combined with auricular point application in the treatment of enuresis in children of insufficiency of kidney qi. Methods 73 children were randomly divided into experimental group(37 cases)and control group(36 cases). The control group was given routinely behavioral therapy and awakening training;while the experimental group received the above training, Chinese medicine therapy and auricular point application. The relief of enuresis in children and was observed and compared. Results In the experimental group, 15 cases were cured, 19 cases were improved, and the effective rate was 91.89%. In the control group, 3 cases were cured, 11 cases were improved, and the effective rate was 38.89 %. The number of enuresis in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group, and the recurrence was significantly reduced(P <0.01). Conclusion Self-made enuresis prescription combined with auricular point application in the treatment of enuresis in children has a good curative effect, and no noticeble side effects have occurred in clinical application.
