摘　　要：目的观察蒲地蓝消炎口服液联合应用氢定乳膏治疗PICC局部湿疹的疗效。方法采用病例对照研究的方法,选择PICC门诊2014年1月-2018年12月PICC局部湿疹患者80例,随机分为实验组39例和对照组41例,观察组用蒲地蓝消炎口服液联合氢定乳膏加局部敷料开窗法进行护理。对照组用氢定乳膏加局部敷料开窗法,比较2组的临床疗效。结果观察组39例,总有效34例(87.18%);对照组41例,总有效23例(56.10%)。2组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论蒲地蓝消炎口服液联合氢定乳膏治疗PICC局部湿疹的效果优于对照组。Objective To observe the curative effect of applying hydrodine cream combined with Pudilan Xiaoyan oral liquid in the treatment of local eczema of PICC. Methods Case-control study was used, From January 2014-December 2018, 80 cases of PICC local eczema patients were randomly divided into experimental group of 39 cases and control group of 41 cases. The observation group was treated with Pudilan Xiaoyan oral liquid, hydrodine cream and local dressing nursing window method. The patients in the control group were treated with hydrodine cream and local dressing with fenestration method. The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared. Results There were 39 cases in the observation group and 34 cases were effective(87.1 %). 41 cases in the control group and 23 cases were effective(56.09%). The difference between the two groups was statistically significant( P < 0.01).Conclusion The effect of Pudilan Xiaoyan oral liquid combined with hydrodine cream on local eczema of PICC is better than that of the conditional control group.
