摘 要:液氨在运输、储存、使用等环节存在较大的安全隐患,脱硝系统液氨供氨工艺正逐步被尿素制氨工艺替代。详细梳理了尿素水解制氨工艺运行过程中消耗的资源,并以2×330 MW机组尿素水解制氨项目改造为例,计算了系统正常运行期间各资源消耗量及费用,据此提出降低运行费用的努力方向及系统设计优化方式。Because liquid ammonia has great potential safety problems in transportation,storage and use,the ammonia supply by liquid ammonia of denitrification system is gradually replaced by ammonia production of urea.This paper combed the resources consumed in the operation of urea hydrolysis ammonia production process in detail,and calculated the consumption and cost of resources during the normal operation of the system by taking the revamping of urea hydrolysis ammonia production project of 2×330 MW units as an example,based on which,the direction of efforts to reduce the operation cost and the optimization mode of system design were proposed.
