摘　　要：建立宝盖草(酒制宝盖草)中总环烯醚萜苷的含量测定方法。采用分光光度法,以梓醇为对照品,经过酸水解,二硝基苯肼乙醇试液和氢氧化钠乙醇溶液显色后在463 nm处测定其吸光度。结果表明,在4μg/ml至20μg/ml的浓度范围内,梓醇呈现良好的线性关系。该测定方法稳定可靠。To establish a method for the determination of total iridoid glycosides in Herb of Henbit Deadnettle. The absorbance of catalpol was determined by spectrophotometry at 463 nm after acid hydrolysis, dinitrophenylhydrazine ethanol solution and sodium hydroxide ethanol solution. The results showed that catalpol showed a good linear relationship in the range of 4 μ g/ml to 20 μ g/ml. The method is stable and reliable.
