摘　　要：鼻疗法是临床中常见的中医外治法之一,是中医治疗疾病的重要手段。相比于口服给药,鼻疗法更为迅速、简便,正如《医门法律》云"鼻窍为脑之门户,故即从鼻中行其宣利之法,乃最神最捷之法"。中国历代医家对鼻疗法治疗头痛均有相关记载,通过对中国古代文献关于鼻疗法治疗头痛进行归纳总结,将鼻疗法分为灌鼻法、塞鼻法、吹鼻法、搐鼻法、吸鼻法等不同方式,了解鼻疗法治疗头痛的应用情况,为临床治疗头痛提供新的治疗思路。Oral nasal treatment is one of the common traditional Chinese medicine treatments in the clinic,an important means for Chinese medicine to treat diseases.Oral nasal treatment is quicker and easier than oral treatment.It is said in Medical Law that the nose is the gateway to the brain.The delivery of nasal drug is the fastest way to relieve the pain of disease.In Chinese history,amounts of doctors have recorded the oral nasal treatment for headache in their works.This article summarizes the treatment of headache in ancient Chinese literature on oral nasal treatment.Oral nasal treatment is divided into different methods such as filling into the nasal cavity,stuffing into the nasal cavity,blowing into the nasal cavity,stimulating the nasal cavity,and inhaling into the nasal cavity.The purpose is to learn the application of oral nasal treatment for headache,which may provide a new idea for clinical treatment.
