摘 要:本文分析了省煤器、空气预热器等显热回收技术存在的问题,研究了冷凝燃气锅炉余热回收技术、提升烟气露点温度的余热回收技术和基于热泵机组的烟气余热利用技术等潜热回收技术,指出第一类吸收式热泵适合燃气锅炉烟气余热回收利用。实际应用案例表明,吸收式热泵可以有效回收燃气锅炉的烟气余热,降低能源费用,具有显著的经济效益。燃气锅炉供热项目选用热泵时,前期应开展选型研究,后期进行有效运行调试,以满足设计要求,达到节能降耗的目的。This paper analyzes the problems of sensible heat recovery technologies such as economizers and air preheaters,and studies the latent heat recovery technologies such as condensing gas-fired boiler waste heat recovery technology,flue gas dew point temperature recovery technology and heat pump unit-based flue gas waste heat utilization technology.It is pointed out that the first type of absorption heat pump is suitable for the recovery and utilization of flue gas waste heat from gas-fired boilers.Practical application cases show that the absorption heat pump can effectively recover the flue gas waste heat of a gas-fired boiler,reduce energy costs,and has significant economic benefits.When selecting a heat pump for a gas-fired boiler heating project,a selection study should be carried out in the early stage,and effective operation and commissioning should be carried out in the later stage to meet the design requirements and achieve the purpose of energy saving and consumption reduction.
