摘 要:针对新疆油田A作业区超稠油吞吐开发原油密度大、黏度高、集输半径大、采出液温度高、携汽量大的特性,采用超稠油蒸汽处理装置、蒸汽喷淋塔、循环泵、油水分离器、空冷器的设备组合,形成了"微正压汽液分离+蒸汽喷淋冷却+采出液高温密闭转输"的组合工艺技术,其中包括超稠油高效蒸汽分离技术、蒸汽喷淋循环冷却技术、接转工艺过程自动联锁控制技术。该组合工艺技术高效回收了蒸汽冷凝水、轻质油、伴生气,非甲烷总烃和硫化氢含量满足GB 16297-1996 (非甲烷总烃质量浓度≤2 mg/m^3)和GB 14554-1993 (硫化氢质量浓度≤0.01 mg/m^3)的标准,实现了小区域二级布站、大区域三级布站的密闭集输,解决了开式流程蒸汽和伴生气无组织排放带来的安全环保问题。Since the huff-puff development in operation area A of Xinjiang Oilfield has the characteristics of high crude oil density,high viscosity,large gathering radius,high temperature of produced liquid and large amount of steam,the equipment combination of super heavy oil steam treatment device,steam spray tower,circulating pump,oil-water separator and air cooler is adopted,and combination of process and technology of " micro-positive pressure steam(gas) liquid separation +steam spray cooling + produced liquid high-temperature sealed transfer" are formed,including super heavy oil high-efficiency steam separation technology,steam spray cycle cooling technology,automatic interlock control technology of the connecting process.The combination of process and technology efficiently recovers the steam condensate,light oil and associated gas,the contents of total nonmethane hydrocarbon and hydrogen sulfide meet the standards of GB 16297-1996(the mass concentration of total non-methane hydrocarbon ≤ 2 mg/m^3) and GB 14554-1993(the mass concentration of hydrogen sulfide ≤ 0.01 mg/m^3),the airtight gathering and transportation of secondary distribution stations in small areas and tertiary distribution stations in large areas are realized,and the problem of safety and environmental protection caused by unorganized discharge of steam and associated gas in open process is solved.
