摘  要:桑叶作为一类广泛分布于我国南北各地的药食同源植物资源,含有黄酮、生物碱、氨基酸、多糖和甾类等天然活性成分,具有降血糖、降血脂、抗病毒、抑制肿瘤等多种生理功效。桑叶中黄酮类物质含量丰富,因而对其生物学活性的研究正日益成为学者们关注的热点之一。本文从桑叶黄酮的提取方法入手,对其降糖、降脂作用与机制及其在动物生产中的应用进行综述,为富含黄酮的桑叶作为一种新型、绿色的饲料添加剂应用于养殖业提供参考依据。Mulberry leaf, a kind of medicine and food homology plant resource, is widely distributed in China. It contains several natural active ingredients, such as flavonoids, alkaloids, amino acids, polysaccharides and steroids. These active ingredients have many physiological functions, such as lowering blood sugar and lipids, anti virus, inhibiting tumors and so on. The content of flavonoids in mulberry leaves is abundant, so the study of their biological activities is becoming one of the hottest topics. Starting with the extraction methods of fla vonoids from mulberry leaves, the hypoglycemic and hypolipidemic effects and mechanisms of flavonoids from mulberry leaves and its application in animal production were reviewed in this paper, which can provide a ref erence for the application of flavonoid rich mulberry leaves as a new and green feed resource or additive in ani mal husbandry.
