摘  要:在密实移动床离子交换工艺中,当通过检测计量罐的物位值来控制计量罐的进料和树脂的提升与转移时,存在树脂提升过程不稳定及离子交换系统无法正常自动运行的难题。为了解决该问题,开发了基于压力控制的离子交换树脂提升智能控制系统,实现了树脂转移过程安全、可靠、自动运行。稳定的压力控制可减少树脂磨损、滤网非正常损坏,也可防止树脂提升管道堵塞和树脂跑冒。现场应用表明,该系统压力控制稳定,气源利用合理,确保了整个水冶生产的连续稳定运行,提高了生产效率。In the packed moving bed ion-exchange process,when the feed of metering tank and the lifting and transfer of resin are controlled by measuring the level of the tank,there are some problems such as unstable lifting process of resin and the unable normal automatic operation of the ion-exchange system.In order to solve this problem,an intelligent control system based on pressure control was developed,which can realize the safe,reliable and automatic operation of resin transfer process.The stable pressure can reduce the wear of the resin,the abnormal damage of the filter net,and prevent the plugging of the resin riser and the running off the resin.The field application shows that the pressure control of the system is stable and the utilization of air source is reasonable,which ensures the continuous and stable operation of the whole hydrometallurgical production and improves the production efficiency.
