摘　　要：随着大数据和信息技术在竞技体育领域的广泛应用,信息情报分析成为竞技体育制胜的核心因素。文章根据天津体育学院图书馆承接并完成的"备战十三届全运会信息情报保障服务"项目,通过对前期实践的总结,针对自2018年10月起天津体育局备战十四届全运会信息情报科技服务应用方案进行优化设计,以期提高高校图书馆参与竞技体育的产学研协作实践能力和经验,进一步完善天津市竞技体育信息情报科技保障体系建设和运行机制。With the wide application of big data and information technology in the field of competitive sports,information intelligence analysis has become the core factor to win in competitive sports.The paper summarizes the practice of the project of"Information Guarantee Services for Preparing for the Thirteenth National Games"undertook by the Library of Tianjin University of Sport in 2016,and optimize the application scheme of information science and technology services for the fourteenth National Games prepared by Tianjin Sports Bureau since October 2018,aiming to improve the practical ability and experience of university libraries in participating in ceeusro of competitive sports and further improve the construction and operation mechanism of Tianjin competitive sports information science and technology guarantee system.
