摘  要:Surfactin是芽孢杆菌产生的一种抗菌脂肽,在畜牧养殖中有替代抗生素的潜力。野生菌株代谢产生surfactin能力弱,限制了surfactin的开发使用,为提高Bacillus subtilis S21产surfactin的能力,以B.subtilis S21为出发菌株,采用紫外链霉素复合诱变,以期得到高产surfactin菌株。诱变筛选结果表明:经过复合诱变筛选,得到了诱变菌株38',其传代8次后的遗传稳定菌株,surfactin产量为0.28 mg/mL,比出发菌B.subtilis S21的surfactin产量提升了9.33倍,取得较佳的诱变效果。Surfactin is a kind of antibacterial lipopeptides produced by bacillus,which has the potential for alternative antibiotics in stockbreeding.However,original strain has weak ability to produce surfactin,thus it limits the use and developing of surfactin.In order to improve the ability of B.subtilis S21 to produce surfactin,the present study,taking B.Subtilis S21 as original strain,aims to breed high-yield surfactin strain through compound mutation of streptomycin and UV.The results showed that variation strain 38'has been obtained by selection of compound mutation.The strain after 8 stable genetic generations showed favorable mutagenic effects,producing 0.28 mg/mL surfactin,which was 9.33 times higher than production of the original B.Subtilis S21.
