摘  要:本研究旨在通过45 d的饲养试验,评价4种复合生物制剂对鲫鱼的生长性能及血清免疫、抗氧化和理化指标的影响,继而通过15 d的CCl4攻毒试验,观察4种复合生物制剂对鲫鱼肝脏的保护作用。研究结果表明:日粮中添加5%复合生物制剂Ⅳ组效果最佳,鲫鱼45 d增重率和血清碱性磷酸酶(AKP)及超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性(P<0.05)分别比对照组提高了9.5%、16.3%和24.1%;饵料系数比对照组降低了6.9%(P<0.05);血清谷丙转氨酶(GPT)和谷草转氨酶(GOT)活性也较对照组降低(P≥0.05);粪便中异养菌的含量比对照组提高了2.7倍,其粪便中芽孢的含量比对照组提高了11.4倍;CCl4攻毒14 d后,四种复合生物制剂对肝脏有明显保护作用。综上,在饲料中添加益生菌、酶制剂和植物提取物复合而成的生物制剂可改善鲫鱼的生长性能和机体抗病能力,是抗生素替代品的选择之一。The growth performance,immunity,antioxidant activity and physicochemical parameters of Carassius auratus were studied by feeding four compound biological agents,and the protective effects on the liver were observed after CCl4 injection.The results showed that compared with the control group,the weight gain rate,the activities of alkaline phosphatase(AKP)and superoxide dismutase(SOD)in Carassius auratus of the adding 5%compound biological agents IV group were incerased by 9.5%,16.3%and 24.1%(P<0.05).The feed coefficient,activity of glutamic-pyruvic aminotransferase(GPT)and glutamic-oxaloacetic aminotransferase(GOT)were decreased(P≥0.05).The number of Heterotrophic bacteria and spores in feces were increased,which were respectively 2.7 and 11,4 times as large as that in control group.Four compound biological agents had obvious protective effects on liver.In conclusion,adding probiotics,enzymes and plant extracts into crucian feed could improve the growth performance and disease resistance of crucian carp,which was one of the alternatives to antibiotics.
