摘　　要：目的探讨透明质酸凝胶在非剥脱性点阵激光治疗面部凹陷性痤疮瘢痕后修复的有效性和安全性。方法选取2018年8月~2019年2月来我院整形美容激光中心的面部凹陷性痤疮瘢痕患者行非剥脱性点阵激光治疗共63例,按随机数字表法分成三组(A组25例、B组23例和对照组15例)。A组使用透明质酸凝胶,B组用创福康面膜,对照组用生理盐水面膜。激光术后即刻外敷受试品或对照品15~20min,并连续1周;分别于激光术后第1、3、7天对受试部位红斑、水肿、灼热等炎症反应进行判定。并比较三组患者创面修复时间及对敷料的满意度。结果透明质酸凝胶和创福康面膜均可改善激光术后皮肤红斑、水肿、灼热等症状及缩短痂皮脱落时间优于生理盐水面膜(P<0.05)。激光术后的创面清洁度、湿润度、光滑度和总体满意度,透明质酸凝胶优于创福康面膜和生理盐水面膜(P<0.05)。结论透明质酸修凝胶用于激光术后护理可减轻创面急性炎症反应,促进皮肤创面修复,提高创面清洁度、湿润度、光滑度和总体满意度,值得在临床上推广应用。Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of hyaluronic acid gel in the treatment of facial depressed acne scars after nonablative fractional resurfacing laser treatment.Methods 63 patients with facial depressed acne scartreated bynonablative fractional resurfacing laser,which was divided into observation group(25 cases),control group A(23 cases)and control group B(15 cases).The observation group was treated with hyaluronic acid gel,the control group A was treated with Chuang Fukang mask,and the control group B was treated with normal saline mask.Immediately after laser surgery,the subjects or reference products were applied for 15-20 minutes each day for one week.Inflammatory reactions such as erythema,edema and burning sensation were observed on the 1st,3rd and 7th day respectively after laser surgery.The wound healing time and satisfaction with dressing were compared among the three groups.Results Hyaluronic acid gel and Chuang Fukang mask could improved the symptoms of erythema,edema and burning sensation and shortened the time of abscission of crustafter laser surgery,the above two was better than normal saline mask(P<0.05).The degree of cleanliness,wetness,smoothness and the overall satisfaction of wounds after laser surgery were better than that of Chuang Fukang mask and normal saline mask(P<0.05).Conclusion Hyaluronic acid gel can reduce acute inflammatory reaction,promote skin wound repair and improve wound clearance,wettability,smoothness and the overall satisfaction after laser surgery.It is worth popularizing and applying in clinic.
