摘　　要：目的探讨瓜蒌皮注射液治疗眩晕的临床效果。方法选取2016年1月~2018年12月我院收治的78例眩晕患者,随机分为两组,对照组应用长春西汀治疗,研究组应用瓜蒌皮注射液治疗。评价两组患者疗效,比较两组治疗前后脑供血动脉血液流速变化与患者生活质量。结果研究组治疗效果优于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗后的血液流变学参数均低于治疗前(P<0.05),且研究组下降更明显(P<0.05);两组治疗后的BI评分明显升高(P<0.05),且研究组升高更为明显(P<0.05)。结论对眩晕患者进行瓜蒌皮注射液治疗,效果理想,可有效改善患者临床症状,改善血液流变学参数,提高生活质量,具有非常高的临床应用价值,值得临床上进一步推广和应用。Objective To explore the clinical effect of pericarpium trichosanthis injection(PTI)on vertigo.Methods 78 patients with vertigo admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to December 2018 were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with vinpocetine,and the study group was treated with pericarpium trichosanthis injection(PTI).The therapeutic efficacy of the two groups was evaluated and the changes of blood flow velocity of cerebral artery and the quality of life of the patients before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The therapeutic efficacy of the study group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05);The hemorheological parameters of the two groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),which decreased more significantly in the study group(P<0.05);Barthel index(BI)scores in the two groups after the treatment significantly increased(P<0.05),which increased more significantly in the study group(P<0.05).Conclusion PTI has an ideal efficacy on vertigo patients,can effectively improve the clinical symptoms,hemorheology parameters and quality of life,and has an extremely high clinical application value.Therefore,PTI should be widely applied and promoted in the treatment of vertigo.
