阴道镜下宫颈活检术的综合性护理干预及效果研究

摘　　要：目的研究阴道镜下宫颈活检术的综合性护理干预及效果。方法选取我院2017年12月~2018年12月60例接受阴道镜下宫颈活检术的患者,根据随机数字表法将患者分为两组,对照组(n=30)采用常规护理,实验组(n=30)采用综合性护理干预。分析护理效果。结果实验组护理满意度为96.67%,对照组护理满意度为73.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组并发症发生率为6.66%,对照组并发症发生率为30.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组护理质量评分,要优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理前,两组焦虑、抑郁情绪评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,实验组焦虑以及抑郁情绪评分降低,要优于对照组焦虑、抑郁情绪评分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对接受阴道镜下宫颈活检术患者采用综合性护理干预措施,护理效果优异,值得推广。Objective To study the comprehensive nursing intervention of cervical biopsy under colposcope and its effectiveness.Methods 60 patients who underwent colposcopy cervical biopsy in our hospital from December 2017 to December 2018 were divided into two groups according to the random number table method.The control group(n=30)received routine nursing,while the study group(n=30)received comprehensive nursing intervention.The effect of nursing was compared between the two groups.Results The nursing satisfaction of the study group was 96.67%,which was higher than that of the control group(73.33%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The complication rate of the study group was 6.66%,which was lower than that of the control group(30.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The nursing quality score of the study group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);Before nursing,there was no statistical difference in the scores of anxiety and depression between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the scores of anxiety and depression in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The comprehensive nursing intervention for patients undergoing colposcopy cervical biopsy has remarkable effect and is worth popularizing.
