手术患者术中压疮的危险因素多元回归性分析及护理对策研究

摘　　要：目的本研究主要对手术患者术中压疮的危险因素多元回归性分析及护理对策进行探讨。方法本次实验的开始时间为2018年6月,结束时间为2019年5月,研究对象为我院接诊的手术治疗患者68例,根据患者是否发生压疮进行分组,发生压疮的患者为实验组,无压疮患者为对照组,各34例,对影响患者压疮的危险因素进行多元回归性分析,比较两组患者的护理差错事件、投诉率以及护理纠纷发生率。结果年龄、合并症、尿失禁、体质量指数、Braden评分、体位、手术时间、术中出血量是导致患者发生压疮的单因素;术中出血量、手术时间、体位、Braden评分以及体质量指数是导致术中出现压疮的多因素,实验组患者的护理差错事件、投诉率以及护理纠纷发生率与对照组患者比较显著较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论手术患者术中压疮发生可受到多种因素的影响,针对危险因素实施针对性护理干预,可降低患者的压疮发生率。Objective To investigate the risk factors of intraoperatively acquired pressure ulcer(IAPU)in surgical patients using multiple regression analysis and the nursing countermeasures.Methods 68 patients receiving surgical treatment in our hospital from June 2018 to May 2019 were selected as the study subjects,and divided into two groups according to whether IAPU occurred.The patients with IAPU were divided into the study group,while patients without IAPU into the control group,with 34 cases in each group.Multiple regression analysis was performed on the risk factors affecting IAPU.The nursing error events,complaint rate,and incidence of nursing disputes were compared between the two groups.Results Age,complications,urinary incontinence,body mass index,Braden score,body position,operation time,and intraoperative bleeding volume were the single factors of IAPU;intraoperative bleeding volume,operation time,body position,Braden score,and body mass index were the multiple factors of IAPU.The nursing error events,complaint rate,and incidence of nursing disputes of patients in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The occurrence of IAPU in surgical patients can be affected by a variety of factors.Targeted nursing intervention for risk factors can reduce the incidence of IAPU.
