摘　　要：目的分析责任护士管理模式对咽喉反流患者的效果。方法筛选2018年8月~2019年2月在我院接受治疗的60例咽喉反流患者,按照随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组;对照组实施常规性护理,观察组实施责任护士管理模式,比较两组症状改善情况、治疗依从性、生活质量、干预前RSI、RFS指标。结果护理后观察组生活质量评分高于对照组,且观察组患者呛咳症状、声音嘶哑症状评分与对照组相比均更低;观察组患者用药、饮食、生活行为等方面依从性评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组护理干预前RSI、RFS指标比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。经积极治疗后,RSI、RFS指标均不同程度下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论咽喉反流患者接受责任护士管理模式,能够提高患者各个方面的依从性,保障治疗效果,同时能够提高患者症状控制效率,提升生活质量。Objective To analyze the effect of responsible nurse management model on patients with laryngopharyngeal reflux.Methods 60 patients with laryngopharyngeal reflux who were treated in our hospital from August 2018 to February 2019 were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table method.The control group was given conventional nursing care and the observation group was given responsible nurse management model nursing care.The improvement of symptoms,treatment compliance,quality of life,as well as RSI and RFS before and after intervention were compared between the two groups.Results The quality of life score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the scores of cough and hoarseness symptoms in the observation group were lower than those in the control group.The compliance scores of medication,diet and life behavior of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in RSI and RFS between the two groups before nursing intervention(P>0.05).After active treatment,RSI and RFS decreased to different degrees,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The responsible nurse management model in patients with laryngopharyngeal reflux can improve the compliance of patients in all aspects,guarantee the treatment effect,and at the same time improve the efficiency of symptom control and the quality of life of patients.
