摘　　要：随着医院药品管理过程当中信息化水平的改进,药品零差价逐步推行,如何控制医院药品运营成本,改进药品管理模式,从而改善医疗服务质量,确保患者的用药安全,成为医院面临的重要挑战。本研究重点分析医院药品SPD系统的流程设计、优点和难点,从而为改进医院药品管理效果提供参考。With the improvement of the informationization level in the management process of hospital drugs,the zerodifferential drug sales policy is gradually implemented.How to control hospital drug operation costs and improve drug management mode,thereby improving the quality of medical services and ensuring the safety of medication of patients have become important challenges for hospitals.This study focuses on the process design,advantages and difficulties of hospital drug SPD system,which provides references for improving the effect of hospital drug management.
