摘　　要：目的探讨冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(CAD)患者血清长链基因间非编码RNA 01184(LINC01184)的表达水平及其临床意义。方法选取接受诊断性冠状动脉造影检查的患者作为研究对象,根据冠状动脉造影结果将其分为CAD组145例(冠状动脉有1支以上狭窄≥75%)和对照组87例(冠状动脉狭窄≤25%)。比较两组血清LINC01184、白细胞介素6(IL-6)、胰岛素样生长因子2(IGF2)和肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)水平,并分析CAD组患者血清LINC01184表达水平与血清IGF2、IL-6和TNF-α水平的相关性。结果CAD组血清LINC01184表达水平高于对照组,且血清IGF2、IL-6、TNF-α水平均高于对照组(均P<0.01)。相关性分析结果显示,CAD组患者血清LINC01184表达水平与IGF2、IL-6和TNF-α水平均呈正相关(均P<0.01)。结论CAD患者血清LINC01184水平升高,或可作为诊断冠心病的潜在血清标志物。Objective To investigate the expression level and clinical significance of serum long intergenic non-coding RNA 01184(LINC01184)in patients with coronary atherosclerotic heart disease(CAD).Methods Patients who received diagnostic coronary angiography were enrolled as subjects,and they were divided into CAD group(n=145,with stenosis of 75%or mare in more than one coronary artery)and control group(n=87,with stenosis of 25%or more in coronary artery)according to the findings of coronary angiography.The levels of serum LINC01184,interleukin 6(IL-6),insulin-like growth factor 2(IGF2),tumor necrosis factorα(TNF-α)were compared between the two groups;besides,the correlation of serum LINC01184 level with serum IGF2,IL-6 or TNF-αlevel was analyzed in the CAD group.Results The CAD group exhibited a higher expression level of serum LINC01184,as well as higher levels of serum IGF2,IL-6 and TNF-αas compared with the control group(all P<0.01).Correlation analysis results revealed that the expression level of serum LINC01184 positively correlated with the levels of IGF2,IL-6 and TNF-αin the CAD group(all P<0.01).Conclusion Serum LINC01184 level is increased in patients with CAD,and may represent a potential serum marker for diagnosing coronary heart disease.
