摘　　要：目的通过Meta分析评价中药复方配合恩替卡韦治疗乙型肝炎肝纤维化的疗效。方法计算机检索数据库中关于中药复方配合恩替卡韦与单用恩替卡韦治疗乙型肝炎肝纤维化对比的随机对照试验(RCT),按照纳入、排除标准提取文献中信息,采用Rev Man 5.3对纳入文献进行Meta分析。共纳入18篇中药配合恩替卡韦治疗与单用恩替卡韦治疗乙型肝炎肝纤维化的随机对照研究文献,共计2086名患者。结果Meta分析结果显示,治疗组ALT(谷丙转氨酶)复常率、HBV-DNA(乙肝病毒的脱氧核糖核酸)转阴率、临床总有效率均优于对照组;治疗组ALT、HA(透明质酸)的平均值均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论中药复方配合恩替卡韦治疗乙型肝炎肝纤维化的疗效优于单用恩替卡韦治疗。Objective To evaluate the efficacy of TCM compound and entecavir in the treatment of hepatitis B liver fibrosis by meta-analysis.Methods The randomized controlled trials(RCTs)of TCM compound combined with entecavir in the treatment of hepatitis B liver fibrosis were retrieved by computer.The information in the literature was extracted according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,and Rev Man 5.3 software was performed to conduct meta-analysis of the included literature.A total of 2086 patients in 18 RCTs of TCM compound combined with entecavir treatment and single entecavir treatment on hepatitis B liver fibrosis were included.Result The results showed that the treatment group had higher rate in ALT recovery rate,negative conversion ratio of HBV-DNA,and total effective rate than the control group.The treatment group had lower value in ALT and HA than the control group,with significance(P<0.01).Conclusion The effect of combination of TCM and entecavir is better than single entecavir treatment.
