摘 要:本文以樟油分离提纯为研究内容,采用硫酸作为化学提取剂,分别考察硫酸浓度、反应物配比、温度、搅拌时间对樟油中1,8-桉叶素的收率和纯度的影响。实验结果表明,硫酸浓度、配比和温度对提取效果的影响较大。硫酸浓度为45%、樟油与硫酸配比为4∶3、温度为50℃、搅拌20min时,桉叶素产品的纯度达到97.8%,收率为57.3%。The separation and purification of camphor oil was studied in this paper applied sulfuric acid as the chemical extractant.The effects of sulfuric acid concentration,reactant ratio,temperature and stirring time on the yield and purity of 1,8-eucalyptin in camphor oil were investigated.The results showed that the concentration of sulfuric acid,the reactant ratio and temperature had great influence on the extraction effect.When the sulfuric acid concentration was 45%,the reactant ratio was 4:3,the temperature was 50℃,and the stirring time was 20 minutes,the purity of eucalyptin reached 97.8%and the yield got 57.3% respectively.
