摘　　要：目的调查湖北省五峰土家族自治县妇女人乳头状瘤病毒(HPV)的感染状况,探讨HPV感染的相关因素。方法对五峰土家族自治县的1000名已婚妇女进行流行病学问卷调查、妇科检查及宫颈HPV-DNA分型检测。分析HPV感染状况、分布特点,及影响HPV感染的相关因素。结果1000名妇女中有166例(16.6%)感染HPV。其中高危型HPV感染率为15.90%,复合感染率为3.10%;单一HPV亚型感染中HPV16的感染率最高,为3.00%。不同年龄、文化程度、避孕方法、怀孕次数、吸烟情况及绝经情况妇女HPV感染率比较,差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。人均月收入、分娩次数及人工流产次数可能为影响HPV感染的因素(P<0.05)。结论湖北省五峰土家族自治县妇女宫颈HPV感染率较高,最常见的感染亚型为HPV16。人均月收入、分娩次数及人工流产次数可能为影响HPV感染的因素。Objective To investigate the human papillomavirus(HPV)infection status of women in Wufeng Tujia Autonomous County of Hubei Province,and the related factors for HPV infection.Methods A total of 1000 married women in Wufeng Tujia Autonomous County of Hubei Province were enrolled for epidemiology questionnaire investigation,gynecological examination and cervical HPV-DNA typing.The status of HPV infection and distribution characteristics,and related factors influencing HPV infection were analyzed.Results Of the 1000 women,HPV infection occurred in 166(16.6%)cases.Among them,the high-risk HPV infection rate was 15.90%,and the compound infection rate was 3.10%;in the cases of single HPV subtype infection,the infection rate of HPV16 was highest,accounting for 3.00%.There was no significant difference in the HPV infection rate among women with different ages,education levels,contraception methods,pregnancy frequency,smoking status,or menopausal status(all P>0.05).Per capita monthly income,frequencies of delivery and induced abortion may be the factors influencing HPV infection(P<0.05).Conclusion The HPV infection rate of women is relatively high in Wufeng Tujia Autonomous County of Hubei Province,and the most common infection subtype is HPV16.Per capita monthly income,frequencies of delivery and induced abortion may be the factors influencing HPV infection.
