摘 要:通过高温固相合成方法制备热电池用高电位Cu3V2O8(简称CVO)体系正极材料。将不溶性的高电位CVO正极材料和难溶性的Li 2SO4-Li2CO3-LiPO3-LiF兼容电解质制备成正极-电解质复合薄膜电极,测试其电化学性能,研究电解质隔膜层中吸附体(石棉纤维)和粘结剂(MgO)的不同含量对复合薄膜电极放电性能的影响。研究表明,在较小的电流密度下,兼容电解质中含石棉纤维和MgO各10wt%的高电位复合薄膜电极在10~40mA/cm 2的低电流密度下表现出良好的电化学性能,电压平台维持在2.5V以上,截止2.0V比容量超过100mAh·g^-1。High potential Copper Vanadate Cu3V2O8(CVO)as cathode material was synthesized by high-temperature solid-phase method.Insoluble CVO cathode and the poorly soluble Li 2SO4-Li2CO3-LiPO3-LiF electrolyte were made into cathode-electrolyte composite electrode by importing asbestos fibers and MgO in the electrolyte layer.The influence of different contents of asbestos fibers and MgO in the electrolyte separator layer was studied on the discharge performance of the composite electrodes.The results showed that this composite electrode containing 10wt% asbestos fibers and 10wt% MgO exhibited a good electrochemical performance at the low current densities of 10~40mA/cm 2 with the first plateau voltage over 2.5V and the specific capacity more than 100 mAh·g^-1.
