摘 要:以火电厂中大型水泵紧固部件用1Cr17Ni2钢为研究对象,分析了显微组织中碳化物形貌和分布随低温回火的温度变化及其对冲击韧性的影响。结果表明,1Cr17Ni2钢经油淬后显微组织为δ铁素体和板条马氏体,回火后显微组织由δ铁素体、板条马氏体、M23C6组成。在280~360℃温度区间内回火,随回火温度上升,材料强度和硬度基本保持不变,夏比V型缺口冲击功值逐渐减小。分析认为,板条马氏体中碳化物的形貌、分布和δ铁素体与基体的协调是影响1Cr17Ni2钢冲击性能的关键因素。1Cr17Ni2 steel is widely used in clamp machine parts of large water pumps in thermal powerplant.However,in industrial application,mismatching between the strength and the toughness always occurs for 1Cr17Ni2 steel.In order to solve the problem the effects of tempering temperature on the morphology and distribution of carbides and the impact toughness have been investigated for steel 1Cr17Ni2 after low temperature tempering in this study.The results show that the microstructure of 1Cr17Ni2 steel is composed of delta ferrite,lath martensite and carbides after 280℃to 360℃tempering.The strength and hardness of 1Cr17Ni2 steel remain almost unchanged with tempering temperature,and the Akv impact energy decreases gradually.The changes in morphology and distribution of carbides are the key factors affecting the impact energy of 1Cr17Ni2 steel.
