摘 要:桥梁预制技术因可加快施工速度、绿色施工等优点在市政桥梁中越来越受到重视。福州市新店外环路西段道路工程是福州北片区路网快速化重要组成部分,道路全长5040m,主线高架桥长1502.2m,其中大部分桥梁采用全预制拼装结构。上部结构采用钢板-混凝土组合梁,横向共11片组合梁,间距235m;钢梁高1600mm,桥面板分层浇筑,下层为预制结构,上层为现浇结构。下部结构为双柱式框架墩,双柱间距10m,墩柱和盖梁工厂预制,现场吊装,墩柱底和承台之间,墩柱与盖梁底之间均采用灌浆套筒连接。设计过程考虑装配式桥梁关键技术,计算结果满足规范要求。For the advantages of speeding up construction and green construction,Bridge Prefabrication Technology has attracted more and more attention in municipal bridges The west section of Xindian Outer Ring Road is an important part of the expressway network in the northern part of Fuzhou City.The road length is 5040 m,in which the viaduct cover 1502.2 m,most of bridges are all prefabricated and assembled structure.The steel plate-concrete composite girders are used,11 pieces of composite girders are installed along the bridge width,with intervals of 2.35 m;the height of steel girders is 1600 mm,the concrete slab consists of two layers,the base layer is prefabricated structure,and the upper layer is cast-in-place structure.The piers are the double-column frame piers with a spacing of 10 m.The pier shafts and cap beams are prefabricated in factory,and assembled and lifted into place at the bridge site,sleeves filled with mortar are used to connect the pier column with the cap beam.The key technology of the assembled bridge is considered in the design process,and the calculation results meet the requirements of the code.
