摘 要:碱骨料反应是考察水泥混凝土耐久性的重要指标之一。福建地区近年来许多浇筑工程使用的骨料普遍存在碱-硅活性,为了抑制骨料碱-硅活性反应,需要采取一系列措施,如采用低碱胶凝材料和外加剂;掺加活性较好的矿物混合材;掺用引气剂;减少混凝土用水量,降低混凝土湿度等措施。由于骨料碱-硅反应破坏性很强,且多为工程施工几年乃至几十年后发生,具有很大的隐蔽性,故应引起工程技术人员高度重视。基于此,针对福建地区建筑骨料碱-硅活性状况,研究其抑制措施及效果。Alkali aggregate reaction is one of the important indexes to investigate the durability of cement concrete.In recent years,alkalisilica activity is common in the aggregate used in many construction projects in Fujian.In order to restrain the alkali-silica activity reaction,a series of measures should be taken,such as the use of low alkali cementitious materials and admixtures,the addition of active mineral mixtures,the use of air entraining agents,the reduction of water consumption of concrete and the reduction of humidity of concrete.Because the alkali-silica reaction of aggregate is very destructive,and most of it occurs after several years or even decades of engineering construction,it has great concealment,so engineering technicians should attach great importance to it.Based on this,aim at Fujian area Construction aggregate alkali-silica activity,study its inhibition measures and effect.
