摘　　要：目的观察128层螺旋CT诊断急性胸腹部创伤的临床价值。方法选取本院2016年5月-2018年11月收治的104例急性胸腹部创伤患者,全部患者均行X线检查和128层螺旋CT扫描检查,以临床手术结果为参照标准,比较X线和CT两种影像学检查方法诊断急性胸腹部创伤的符合率。结果CT诊断急性胸腹部创伤的符合率为(98.08%),高于X线诊断的符合率(87.50%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);CT诊断急性胸腹部创伤的结果与手术结果比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论应用128层螺旋CT诊断急性胸腹部创伤符合率较高,可为医师临床诊疗患者病情提供可靠的参考依据。Objective To observe the clinical value of 128-slice spiral CT in the diagnosis of acute thoracic and abdominal trauma.Methods 104 patients with acute thoracic and abdominal trauma admitted from May 2016 to November 2018,all patients underwent X-ray examination and 128-slice spiral CT scan,the operation results as the reference standard,the comparison of X-ray and CT imaging methods for the diagnosis of acute chest and abdomen trauma.Results CT diagnosis of acute chest and abdomen trauma coincidence rate(98.08%),the coincidence rate of X-ray diagnosis(87.50%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);CT diagnosis of acute thoracic and abdominal trauma results compared with operation results,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion The application of 128-slice spiral CT in the diagnosis of acute chest and abdomen trauma has a high coincidence rate,which can provide a reliable reference for the diagnosis and treatment of patients with clinical diagnosis and treatment.
