超声局部介入治疗下肢深静脉血栓效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨和观察超声影像在局部溶栓介入治疗下肢深静脉血栓的应用效果。方法选择2018年2月-2019年2月在我院诊疗的48例行局部溶栓介入治疗下肢深静脉血栓患者作为研究对象,所有患者均采取局部插管溶栓治疗,并通过超声影像引导,使用微泵向导管中无间断注入尿激酶,然后在24 h之后对患者行超声监测。结果通过超声影像定位,穿刺针均较为顺利的进入到患者的腘静脉,一次穿刺成功率为100%;通过超声引导,所有溶栓导管均置入指定位置,超声引导均获得成功,超声引导成功率为100.00%;术后46例患者痊愈,2例好转,治愈率达95.83%,总有效率可达100.00%。结论超声影像可在局部溶栓介入治疗下肢深静脉血栓过程中得到有效应用,应用价值良好。Objective To explore and observe the application effect of ultrasound imaging in local thrombolytic interventional therapy for deep venous thrombosis of lower extremities.Methods From February 2018 to February 2019,48 patients with deep venous thrombosis of lower extremities who were treated with local thrombolysis and interventional therapy were selected as the study subjects.All patients were treated with local catheterization and thrombolysis.Ultrasound images were used to guide the treatment.Urokinase was injected uninterruptedly into the micropump catheter.Ultrasound monitoring was performed 24 hours later.Results The puncture needles entered the popliteal vein of the patients smoothly through ultrasound image positioning,and the success rate of puncture was 100.00%.Through ultrasound guidance,all thrombolytic catheters were placed in the designated position,and the success rate of ultrasound guidance was 100.00%.46 patients recovered,2 patients improved,the cure rate was 95.83%,and the total effective rate was 100%.Conclusion Ultrasound imaging can be effectively applied in the treatment of deep venous thrombosis of lower extremities by local thrombolysis and interventional therapy.
