摘　　要：目的探讨小剂量舒芬太尼复合丙泊酚在纤维结肠镜检查中的麻醉效果。方法将2016年1月-2017年2月纤维结肠镜检查术患者60例随机数字表法分组。常规麻醉组实施单纯丙泊酚麻醉,复合麻醉组实施小剂量舒芬太尼复合丙泊酚。比较两组恶心、呼吸抑制等的发生率;干预前后患者血氧饱和度、动脉压水平。平均起效、苏醒和离开医院的时间、使用丙泊酚的量。结果复合麻醉组恶心、呼吸抑制等的发生率低于常规麻醉组,P<0.05;干预前两组血氧饱和度、动脉压水平差异无统计学意义,P>0.05;干预后复合麻醉组血氧饱和度优于常规麻醉组且复合麻醉组动脉压干预前后的波动更小,P<0.05。复合麻醉组平均起效、苏醒和离开医院的时间、使用丙泊酚的量低于常规麻醉组,P<0.05。结论小剂量舒芬太尼复合丙泊酚在纤维结肠镜检查术麻醉中的效果确切。Objective To investigate the anesthesia effect of low-dose sufentanil combined with propofol in fibrocoloscopy.Methods Sixty patients with fibrocoloscopy from January 2016 to February 2017 were randomized into groups.The conventional anesthesia group was administered propofol alone,and the compound anesthesia group was administered low-dose sufentanil combined with propofol.The incidences of nausea and respiratory depression were compared between the two groups;blood oxygen saturation and arterial pressure were measured before and after the intervention,average effectiveness,time to wake up and leave the hospital,amount of propofol used.Results The incidence of nausea and respiratory depression in the compound anesthesia group was lower than that in the conventional anesthesia group,P<0.05;There was no significant difference in blood oxygen saturation and arterial pressure between the two groups before intervention,P>0.05;The oxygen saturation and arterial pressure of the compound anesthesia group were better than those of the conventional anesthesia group after the intervention,P<0.05.The average onset,time to wake up and leaving the hospital,and the amount of propofol used in the compound anesthesia group were lower than those in the conventional anesthesia group,P<0.05.Conclusion The low-dose sufentanil combined with propofol is effective in the anesthesia of fiber colonoscopy.
